HOW IT WORKS

We meet to review your property , the potential, discuss any renovations, a launch budget, and outline the terms of our agreement. Owners can be involved in the creative process and launch or they can leave it completely up to us.

Outstanding stays will outline a purchase list, begin sourcing items, brand your property, and work to build a memorable stay for guests. We will open a shared album for progress and start generating buzz on our social channels.
3.

Professional pictures will be taken and a listing will go live starting with Airbnb and a direct booking website will be launched. Owners will get access to a portal where they can see bookings, block off days, and view monthly statements and reports.
4.

Over the next few months, you will see bookings fill up and generate revenue well beyond a traditional rental while we manage the listing and maximize its potential for bookings. All pricing, guest communication, and maintenance coordination will be taken care of.
